My stay at the hotel was a mix of delights and disappointments. The rooms were very modern and spacious with a nice bathroom and toiletries, offering a great view of Cleveland Clinic with water views. However, the rooms seemed a bit overused and in need of renovation. The reception staff excelled in providing me with an excellent sea-facing room and even followed up after I checked in.

The hotel's property was beautiful, from the lobby to the gym, offering top-notch facilities. However, the rooms were dirty, and the staff's attitude was disappointing in terms of courtesy. The pool was a highlight, being one of the best hotel gyms experienced.

The room was electronically controlled with an extra-large bed and bathroom, and I enjoyed a delightful meal at the Dai Pai Dong restaurant. However, the location was a bit far from Abu Dhabi City but offered lovely views. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely helpful and friendly. The dining experience was excellent, with a wide variety of options available. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel offered spacious rooms with a great view controlled through a mini iPad tablet, constantly maintained by the housekeeping staff. The daily housekeeping kept the well-arranged and decorated rooms comfortable after a busy day. However, some confusion about the Grand Mosque's locker service affected our stay. The professional yet personable service from Georgie, Steven, Otavek, Akil, and Iranka made our experience memorable.

The hotel is located on Maryah island, a newly developed island, with Sowwah Square just opposite, offering a great location. The rooms are super modern, comfortable, and well-finished, creating an amazing experience. However, the dining service can be slow with slightly disappointing wait times. The diverse international staff creates a lovely atmosphere, especially in the Iftar tent on Reem Island.
